We had a free Saturday this weekend, so we headed over to Bob's Corn Patch to get us a pumpkin.
We didn't make it last year, so this was Parker's first trip to the Pumpkin Patch (and it's probably been 20 years for Keith or me).
We were too cheap to do the corn maze ($12 for the four of us and Cecily was free!), but we did get a ride on a tractor and some tromping through pumpkin fields.
The weather was pretty dark & overcast, but it only rained for a few minutes (of course those few minutes were when we were out in the middle of the patch, but we dried off eventually).
Parker loved the tractor ride.
I'm not sure how much he understood, but he loved running from one pumpkin to the next.
I think we found a winner!
Look how cute this guy is:
Parker helped push the wheelbarrow back to the tractor.
I went to MOPS yesterday and everyone had photos of their family from the pumpkin patch. Huh, guess we should have done that, as it is, you'll just have to imagine Keith in the photo, this is the closest we got.
