Ballet Class

On the last day of the ballet session, the parents get to come in the classroom to watch the girls dance.  Parker was SO disappointed that he didn't get to come (it's while he's at school), so I had to video tape about the whole thing for him.

Afterward she was trying to tell me something about one of the girls in her ballet class: "Myla, she's the one who was wearing the pink outfit."

...not super helpful, little one.

Small Group Girl's weekend

We got all the ladies from our small group to go up to the cabin for a weekend.  We went up to Greenbank, walked to Langley, and didn't come close to putting a dent in the ELEVEN bottles of wine we brought up for the 6 of us.

The dads & kids spent a lot of the weekend together also, here's what happens with three moms try to FaceTime with 7 kids...

Ballet

Every once-in-a-while, Cecily lets me pull her hair back and I can see her beautiful face.

She loves practicing her ballet moves.

Lunch at the Club

About once a month, we go have lunch with my Dad at the Mill Creek Country Club.  

Our kids could totally fit in with the "Country Club Set"

Invention Fair

The Kindergarten classes had an invention fair, and since they'd been learning about Leprechauns in class, 95% of them made Leprechaun traps.

Parker started with a Schematic for Daddy...

Then he & Keith built this little contraption in the garage:

They set all the kids up in the lunch room & then we could go from kid to kid to see what their Leprechaun trap, I mean, Invention could do.

"Mama, can I sleep in my closet tonight?"

Go crazy little guy.
