Date Night!


Keith got me a Hipcooks gift certificate for my birthday, so we finally went Saturday night.


The class was "Healthy, Fresh, & Zingy", so all the food was gluten- and dairy-free and really light and fresh, it was great.  We made a warm potato salad, rice pilaf with seared scallops and anchovy sauce, and a walnut cake for dessert.



The food was amazing and we had a really fun time.  And, we might actually make this stuff again, unlike the Beef Burgundy we made the last time which required forty thousand pans and about 80 hours of prep work.
