On Sunday, our church had a small Christmas program with the elementary & pre-schoolers.
They included Parker's 2-year-old class for part of it, just getting them up on the stage was entertaining.
Although we practiced all week, and Parker knew all the hand motions (he doesn't really sing yet), Parker spent the entire time looking like this:
Like how all the little ones are looking one way while my son is the only one staring off into the distance?
I will spare you the video of "Away in a Manger" which consisted of two minutes of Parker mutely standing perfectly still, occasionally interrupted by the back of Rochelle's head.
But I will include the video of "Twinkle Twinkle, Christmas Star". If you actually stick with it and watch the whole thing, not only will you see Wesley singing AND doing the hand motions, you will also see my boy clearly repeating "Basketball, basketball". Yes, forget baby Jesus, in this family, Church = Basketball.
