Well, actually, we had a tooth over a month ago, but I actually got a clear shot of it, so we'll document it now.
It would appear that Parker has slow-growing teeth. A month later, I still don't think this tooth has come out completely, and there doesn't seem to be any indication of more to come. ...not that I'm complaining, of course, his teeth can take their time as far as I'm concerned.
