As soon as the wedding was over, we loaded up into the car & headed down to Albany to visit Jeff & Katie.
Jeff was Keith's college roommate at Seattle U, and they are one of our favorite families to visit. Jeff & Katie as super fun to hang out with, their kids are awesome, and their home is so warm & soothing. It's always great to see them.
Last time we saw Jeff & Katie, they came on Parker's due date & were hoping to meet our baby, unfortunately, they just ended up meeting my giant belly. This time, Parker was much more interactive.
Sunday, the eight of us headed over to the Newport Aquarium.
We decided on the aquarium since it looked to be a rainy day, so we thought an indoor attraction would be a good idea.
Turns out, the Newport aquarium is 75% outside, but fortunately, we ended up with a beautiful day, so it worked out great.
This isn't a great photo, but I was so proud to get a photo of the octopus, I had to include it. Later, we were talking with one of the volunteers at the aquarium, he said he's worked there two years and only seen the octopus once.
