We love our deck, but we'd love it more if it were a little bit bigger. We looked at a bunch of options, but nearly everything would cover windows or be a serious bonk-your-head-downstairs issue. So, we settled on a BBQ-sized bump out on the corner.
Keith built the bump-out back in June so that it would be there when they came to measure for the railings.
Which means that for most of the summer, our super-awesome deck looked like this:
Did I mention that we have moss?
