Seattle Children's

Tuesday afternoon, Parker started complaining about a stomach ache, he skipped dinner and went to bed at 6pm.  Wednesday morning, he was fine, but I kept him home from morning preschool, just to be safe.  I took him to school at 1, and two hours later, his teacher called & said he wasn't feeling good, so I picked him up.  Again, he skipped dinner & went to bed at 6.  Thursday morning, Parker was fine again, but started complaining about a tummy ache in the afternoon & skipped dinner & went to bed.

At this point, I'm 90% sure it's just tummy ache, but 10% of me is concerned with his appendix, so when he woke up at 9:30 screaming in pain, we decided to take him in to Children's Urgent Care.

Of course, by the time we were on the road he had chipperd-up and by the time we saw the Doctor, he was fine.  She took a look at him and decided he was fine and we trundled off home again.

He's back to normal again today, we'll see how he's doing by afternoon, but at least we know his insides are okay.

And, thanks to little sister's previous visit to Children's at least we've already met our deductible so this visit shouldn't cost much!
