The kids had their teeth cleaned today, Parker came back and incredulously told me "Mama, the lady told me you can watch the football game on the TV!" apparently we'd convinced the kids that you can only watch sports at restaurants and friends houses. How exactly did we end up with a sports fan in our house?
Some day, in the long-distant future, we will rue the day we encouraged Parker in becoming a sports fan. When that day comes, we will look back and know that this moment, right here, is when we made the decision to veer into the land of fandom.
Keith just came in the room and Parker informed him "The Seahawks are wining, 'cause the other team has like zero points"
