It's Parent/Teacher conferences this week, so we have half-days all week. We decided to take a trip to the zoo. It turned out to be a great day, the weather was overcast and we went in the afternoon, so it wasn't crowded and the animals were super active.

It felt like half the people we saw there were from Highland Terrace. We ran into one of Cecily's friends and spent the rest of the afternoon wandering around with them.
