We've been meaning to go to zoo lights all month, but we hadn't made it yet. I was worried it would be too crowded, but we went after dinner, so when we arrived at 7 most of the people were on their way out.
I promised the kids that they could go on the carousel, but the line was insane. So, I offered them the choice between "waiting in this HUGE line for the carousel, or going out for a treat on our way home. So, do you want a long line, or ice cream?"
...they chose ice cream.
