Time to carve pumpkins!
The kids were actually semi-helpful this year in getting the goo out. We still had to help with the scraping, but they're getting closer to self-sufficiency.
My poor pumpkin was already in pretty sad shape before I started. Between the rot & the squirrels, I'm not sure there was much left to carve.

Parker had two pumpkins, so Keith traced his hand for the first (small) one. Unfortunately, by the time we got around to carving the bigger one a few days later, the squirrels had gotten to it and it was a rotten mess.
