At least it's a step in the right direction. And, after five phone calls and several hours off & on the phone, I was able to get about $250 taken off the price since everything was so late. So, we didn't have anywhere for anyone to sit on Thanksgiving, but we saved $100 on delivery, so it all works out in the end, right?The couches were delivered this morning, we were quite relieved to come home this evening to find that there is still room to walk around in the living room. The blue furniture-crime-scene tape made us feel a little more confident, but you just never know how things will end up.
