Ocean Shores

We took one day to drive to Ocean Shores.

So... Ocean Shores, was... disappointing.  Frankly, I can't really imagine why you'd want to go there for vacation.  As far as I can tell, the only exciting thing to do in town (except for the beach) is take your photo in-front of this shark store.

Whatever, we did it, let's get some ice cream and head back to Seabrook.

Tour de 'Terrace

As part of her Cheer Camp, Cecily got to walk in the "Tour de Terrace" parade in Mountlake Terrace.

We had to get there a full 2 hours before the parade started just so we could stand around awkwardly doing nothing and I will be perfectly happy to never do this again.  But...  Cecily LOVED it and had such a blast.

Summer...

Celebrate Daddy!

Keith got the final confirmation on his big promotion to being partner!  This is so exciting and we are all so proud of him.  To celebrate, we went down to Ballard for ice cream.  We tried out Salt & Straw AND we got to see them filming a scene for some Grey's Anatomy spin-off TV show.

The ice cream was amazing, contrary to what Cecily's face is saying.
