The kids have recently discovered American Ninja Warrior and they are suddenly obsessed with being strong and climbing all sorts of things, it's amazing. Neither of them have been all that skilled at the bars, but now they are determined to do it and they've been working really hard to get better.
Who would have expected some silly game show would encourage my kids to love exercise?
