I signed Cecily up for a drama camp at Cromwell Park. She has SUCH a GREAT TIME!! The girls came up with the whole concept and wrote the whole play together.
We're watching our friend's dog while they were out of town.
I took her to the dog park, halfway on the walk home, she gave up. We were stuck there for a surprisingly long time until she decided she was ready to go.
We took my baby boy up to Whidbey Island to spend a week at camp. How did he get old enough to spend a week at sleep-away camp?! How is he going to survive a week away from any and all family (he'll be fine). How are we going to survive a week without him (we may or may not be fine).
We were early enough that we stopped by the Need's cabin to spend an hour hanging out with cousins.
Cecily had ZERO interest in seeing any fireworks anywhere. So, we put her to bed early, then Parker & headed over to Katie's sister's house on Ballinger.
The boys had a blast letting of the fireworks, but the most impressive part was seeing the enormous fireworks lit by their neighbors across the lake. It was an amazing show!
