Spring Break Day 4 - Visit to Lakeside

Parker is old enough to go to Jr. Boys Camp at Lakeside this summer.  He's a little unsure if he wants to do it, so we took a trip up to Whidbey to check out the camp and see what he thought.

After seeing the baseball field, basketball courts, and Gaga ball court, he is excited to head up for a week this summer.

After, we went to Langley for lunch with Dad & Kathy.

Spring Break, Day 3

We didn't have many plans for Spring Break, so I let the kids make most of the plans. So, today, we ended up at the Children's Museum.

Trapeze Class

Cecily is currently obsessed with The Greatest Showman and she is determined to grow up to be Zendaya.  So, for the first day of spring break, I signed the kids up for a trapeze class.

It went...okay.  I don't think they're eager to do it again, but we got Parker up there three times and Cecily did it twice.

Happy Easter!

We went to Dad & Kathy's for Easter.  The younger cousins had a great time together.

This kid finished reading the whole Harry Potter series this morning. He got the last book from the library last Friday and made a goal to finish it before he had to return it today, and her made it! Amazing to remember that a year ago he could barely read a whole sentence.
